Just got bored and left...

Work was so boring today that I just up and went home... it is nice to have a job that I can just leave when I want to.  Capt Cueball is playing supermom at home and was a no show at work.  Capt Ponch was there but he actually works every now and again.  

Hit the gym today, tried to keep the cardio low and easy until I hear more from the Dr about the ticker.  So until then I will keep on keeping on.
